Simply Luxury Dining
As part of your all inclusive package – breakfast, lunch and dinner will be freshly prepared and served for you in alignment of the dive schedule. Dine in one of our two restaurants, our cafe on the ground floor or BB Heaven on our rooftop.
Dine like royalty
Breakfast and Lunch are served in our ground floor restaurant BB Cafe. Dinner is served at the roof top restaurant BB Heaven under the stars in the Maldivian night sky. When we do full day trips for diving our wonderful chefs prepare delicious breakfast and lunch for us to enjoy on the boat with beautiful views of the Maldivian islands from the sea.
In the restaurants we offer buffet style or a la carte meals. All meals are carefully prepared by our two talented Sri Lankan chefs. Every day our chefs prepare a menu using the freshest produce available, from local style curries to European style food made with as many locally sourced ingredients as possible… all our fish comes from our local fishermen.
With every meal we serve you chilled water and fresh fruit juice or mocktails like our sparkling passionfruit ginger, a guest favourite!
All meal times are arranged according the dive schedule.
Our Chefs
Our two Sri Lankan Chefs have been at our hotel for nearly 8 years and have received many wonderful reviews on how excellent their meals have been, always very diverse and varied using only the freshest and best quality available.
They listen carefully to any dietary requirements for our guests and make a personally tailored menu for those who have allergies or things they cannot eat. Indeed many guests have asked if they can take Head Chef Shanthi home with them!!
BB Cafe
At BB Cafe, your all inclusive package covers everything.
Enjoy complimentary freshly ground roasted coffee or tea with every meal, and craft your perfect cup using our espresso machine anytime.
We also offer a selection of teas, sugar, milk, biscuits, and a variety of soft drinks available throughout the day – all unlimited.
Rooftop Restaurant BB Heaven
Dinner under the stars – As part of your all inclusive package, we invite you to enjoy your dinner, starter, main course and dessert at our roof top restaurant in relaxing atmosphere under the stars.
Our rooftop is also a great place to catch the sunset or get a good view of the island from the sundeck above the restaurant.
Ground Floor Restaurant / BB Cafe
Enjoy your breakfast and lunch with sand between your toes – here you will find breakfast and lunch… so close to the beach so you can see and hear the ocean.
Breakfast is served 45 min prior to dive departure, we offer a mix of European and local delicacies such as roshi and mashuni – and some healthy options too and a tasty shot also to start your day!
Lunch – Once back from diving our chef’s will have lunch ready for you to enjoy – here are some of our lunch options Thai inspired chicken, spaghetti bolognaise or delicious fried chicken or fish Sri Lankan style – lunch is always followed by sweet treat or fresh fruits.
