Plugs
All our rooms have UK plugs (adaptors available) and a charging area with USB ports.
ATM
We have an ATM on Dhigurah Island, where it is possible to draw MVR but not USD at the moment.
Payment & Accepted Currencies
At Boutique Beach we accept USD cash and credit card payments.
Dive Towels
Fresh towels are provided for every dive trip and beach towels will be available in your room along with luxuries towels for you to use at the hotel.
Internet
We have wifi available throughout the hotel and in all our rooms.
At the Airport
Upon your arrival in the Maldives, our airport team will be waiting for you at the arrival terminal, holding a sign with the Boutique Beach name. In case you miss our team at the arrival terminal, please proceed to the airport information counter and kindly give us a call, and we will send a team member to meet you at the counter.
Alcohol
Please note that local island regulations prohibit the service of alcohol. However, we can arrange resort day trips where alcohol is available. Kindly note that this option is available for an additional charge.
Beach Attire
Dhigurah Beach – one of the longest beaches in the Maldives, once on the beach you can wear your swimwear.
Water Temperature
It ranges between 28ºC to 30ºC (82.4 °F to 86ºF) we have shorty and long wetsuits ref diving facilities – dive equipment wetsuits.
We recommend to bring a thin waterproof jacket with you to be used during your surface interval.
Cylinders
We have Aluminium cylinders – DIN & yoke compatible, included in your package we offer 12L aluminium cylinders, 15L available at supplementary charge.
BCD & Regulators
We offer yoke regulators and jacket style BCD’s from size XXS to XXL all our equipment is well maintained and regularly serviced.
Wetsuits
We have shorty and long wetsuits ref diving – facilities – dive equipment wetsuits.
Dive Computer
As per dive regulations in the Maldives each diver must wear a dive computer while Scuba diving. Dive computers can be hired on a daily basis.
Fins, Mask & Snorkels
These are part of your all inclusive diving or snorkelling package.
Nitrox Percentage 32%
Our dive team carefully analyses your Nitrox cylinder with you each morning before heading out.

Weather
We enjoy good diving through out the year and our harbour is placed so we can get in and out in both monsoons. It is always a good idea to have a raincoat with you, to use to warm up during surface intervals.
The Maldives enjoys a warm, tropical climate year round, with temperatures typically ranging from 25°C to 32°C (77°F to 90°F). While the average temperature stays relatively consistent, the main difference in weather is due to monsoon seasons and wind direction.
The dry season, from December to April, features clear skies, calm seas, and little rain, while the wet season, from May to November, brings more rain and potentially stronger winds.
With that said we have good diving through out the year with many sheltered dive sites and our harbour is placed so we can get in and out in both monsoons. It is always a good idea to have weather proof coat with you, to use to warm up during surface intervals.
